Once AtmoScreen is connected to ChatGPT or Claude, everything comes down to how you phrase your request. To spare you the blank page, we have gathered concrete examples, sorted by sector: medical practice, dental practice, pharmacy, physiotherapy, veterinary clinic, estate agent and corporate lobby. Copy them, swap in your own city or link, and your screen is up to date.
Not connected yet? Start with our ChatGPT and Claude connection guide, it takes about two minutes.
What the assistant can show
Every request turns into AtmoScreen slides. Here are the available types and the plan you need:
| Slide type | What you specify | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Weather | The city | Starter and Premium |
| Messages and quotes | The text, or a topic to write about (up to 20 messages that rotate) | Starter and Premium |
| Team | A title and subtitle (the photo is uploaded in the app) | Starter and Premium |
| Photos and videos | Already uploaded in the app | Starter and Premium |
| QR code | The link and a title | Premium |
| Quiz | The topic and number of questions (three possible answers, then the right one is shown) | Premium |
| Cinema | The city for the films now showing | Premium |
Starter includes 1 screen and 1 diffusion; Premium 10 screens and 10 diffusions. If a request goes beyond your plan, the assistant tells you.
Five rules for an effective request
- Name the screen or the diffusion: "the waiting room screen", "the Window diffusion". The assistant knows how to find them.
- Give the city for the weather and cinema listings.
- Put the exact text in quotes when it matters (a date, opening hours). Otherwise, let the assistant write it and ask for short messages that read well from a distance.
- Say whether the diffusion should go on screen. A new diffusion only shows once it is assigned to a screen: add "and show it on the front desk screen".
- Ask for a draft before saving if you want to review: "Suggest the texts first, I'll save them afterwards".

A complete diffusion in a single request
You can also describe everything at once. For example, for a practice on Premium:
Create an "Autumn waiting room" diffusion with: the weather in Oxford, three welcome messages, a reminder about the flu vaccine, a QR code to [your booking link] and a 3-question quiz about sleep. 15 seconds per slide. Then show it on the waiting room screen.
The assistant creates the diffusion, assigns it to the screen and sums up its content. All that's left is to glance at the TV.
What to avoid
- Health data and patient information: never a name, an appointment or a result in a slide or a request. The information AtmoScreen returns to the assistant is processed by OpenAI or Anthropic under their own terms.
- Photos and videos from the chat: they are uploaded in the AtmoScreen app. The assistant can then keep them in your diffusions.
- Messages that are too long: beyond two lines, a message is hard to read from a chair. Ask the assistant to shorten it.
