Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Fragments Studio collects and processes your personal data when you use the atmoscreen.com website and, where applicable, the Atmoscreen services (the "Service").

5) Data collected

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: email, login credentials, basic profile information (e.g. name/company if provided)
• Contact data: email, and any information sent via a form/email
• Content: media you upload to the Service (e.g. images, videos)
• Payment/billing data: information needed for invoicing and payment tracking (payment is processed by Stripe)
• Technical data & logs: IP address, technical identifiers, event logs, diagnostic data, security and fraud prevention
• Browsing data (cookies/trackers): audience and advertising measurement data (GA4 and Google Ads), subject to your consent where required

We do not knowingly collect so-called "sensitive" data within the meaning of the GDPR.

6) Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to:

• Create and manage your account, provide the Service. Legal basis: performance of the contract / pre-contractual measures
• Provide support and respond to your requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures
• Manage invoicing and payments. Legal basis: performance of the contract / legal obligation
• Secure the Service, prevent fraud, carry out maintenance (technical logs). Legal basis: legitimate interest
• Measure audience and improve the site (GA4). Legal basis: consent (via cookies/trackers where required)
• Measure and optimise acquisition (Google Ads: conversions, attribution). Legal basis: consent (via cookies/trackers where required)

7) Recipients and processors

Your data may be processed by:

• Fragments Studio (authorised team members, as needed)
• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (hosting and delivery of the site, servers located in Europe)
• Mailjet (sending messages from the contact form)
• Stripe (payment and transaction management)
• Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, subject to consent for trackers)

We do not sell your data.

8) Transfers outside the EU

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google, Stripe) may process data from countries outside the European Union. Where this is the case, these transfers are governed by recognised mechanisms (e.g. standard contractual clauses and/or applicable transfer frameworks), in order to ensure an adequate level of protection.

9) Retention periods

Unless a different legal obligation applies, we apply the following retention periods:

• Prospects / contact requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange
• Customer account data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 3 years (e.g. for evidence/management purposes)
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligations)
• Technical & security logs: generally up to 12 months
• Cookies/trackers: see section 12 below

10) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (access controls, limitation of permissions, host/provider security measures, backups where applicable, etc.). As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11) Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (for processing based on consent).

We may ask you for proof of identity if necessary (only to secure the request).

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority).

12) Cookies and trackers

The atmoscreen.com website sets at most the following cookies:

No audience measurement cookie is set and no Google Analytics script is loaded until you click "Accept". Google's advertising signals (Google Ads, ad personalisation, Google Signals) stay disabled on this site, even if you accept.

Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you decline or withdraw your consent, measurement stops immediately and any existing _ga cookies are deleted.

13) Using Atmoscreen from an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude)

If you choose to, you can connect your Atmoscreen account to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) to manage your screens and programmes in plain language. This connection is optional and only enabled if you authorise it yourself.

How the connection works. You sign in to Atmoscreen from the assistant, then explicitly approve access on an Atmoscreen consent screen. We never receive your ChatGPT or Claude credentials, and the assistant never receives your Atmoscreen password.

What the assistant can access. Once connected, the assistant can, when you ask it to:

• view your screens (name, status, programme shown);
• view, create and edit your programmes and their slides;
• show a programme on your screens.

Your plan's limits apply. The assistant has no access to your payment details, your password or your account settings, and cannot delete anything.

Data sent to the assistant provider. The information Atmoscreen returns to the assistant (for example your screen names or the text of your slides) is processed by OpenAI or Anthropic under their own terms and privacy policies. They are responsible for your conversations, which we don't see and whose retention we don't control.

Health data. Don't put health data or information that identifies a patient in your slides, whether from Atmoscreen or from an AI assistant.

What we store.

• Access tokens (valid for 1 hour) and refresh tokens (valid for 30 days), which let the assistant act on your account until you disconnect it.
• Technical logs of the requests received from the assistant (date, operation, result), kept for security and support for the period given in section 9.

Disconnecting. You can remove access at any time from the connector settings in ChatGPT or Claude, or by writing to contact@fragments-studio.com. Deleting your Atmoscreen account also revokes all access.

Legal basis. This processing is necessary to perform our contract with you: it provides a feature you chose to enable.
